    From the Manufacturer:

The processing of iron has a long tradition in the Stubai Valley in Austria. The iron mines were of such high quality that in the 14th century, blacksmiths in Fulpmes were already producing hand tools there, & in 1897 engaged craftsmen formed a cooperative under the Stubai name. The brand name "Stubai" stands for quality & workmanship, & is the biggest hand tool manufacturer in Austria.

Just the right chisel

I absolutely love this chisel. It is ergonomic and the point stays sharp for a considerable time. The length is just right for the stroke. I have used 1.5 , 1 and .5 LBS hammers and it works beautifully with all.
